A:AnswerIf you ran a nozzle check and the lines are unbroken and colors are bright, then you could check to make sure that the little yellow tab is pulled off the ink cartridges. (Yes I forgot to do that one time) and it started printing light. If you have checked both of these things and still have a problem, perhaps it is the machine itself. I have had 3 of these exact printers, and ONE was a lemon. It started printing and skipping after only a couple of months. I did not purchase the replacement plan with it but if you bought this from best buy, I highly recommend that. It would have saved me having to eat the cost of an almost new "lemon." Lesson learned. Hope that helps!
A:AnswerThe scanner can scan a double sided piece of paper ...and reproduce it double sided....but a business card is too small to go through the autofeeder....so the business card would have to be scanned manually...and to do that it would have to be in exactly the same place for both scans. this is an excellent printer scanner for the $, I own 3 of them. However, there are devices specially built to scan business cards which would be better.
A:AnswerHave you checked the ink cartridge? I usually buy the black in the XL extended life because it is used up before the colors. That way they all come out about the same.
A:AnswerReplacing the head would cost more than getting a new one. That's up to you to decide if you want to keep your printer or get a new one and how much the one you have really means to you.
A:AnswerYes you can scan wirelessly. I set mine up to scan to cloud services. OneDrive and Dropbox work great. You can also set up print by email utilizing the epson website.

A:AnswerIt does it automatically depending on the paper type you have on each tray. I have for example just paper photo on the first tray and in the second one regular letter size paper. When I print from my phone or laptop gives you a default depending on the document type, but you can always select the paper size and it automatically uses the tray that has the correct one.
A:AnswerI have a mac and it will automatically find it in the printers & scanners. If not, you can download the MAC OSX drivers & install utility from Epson's website. That'll get you the latest tools and drivers.
