How do you only print in black and white? null

when the print screen pops up, click preferences and there’s an option to change the settings before you print. It says color or black/grayscale. Choose black/grayscale.

Before actually printing the document click on printer properties, about half way down the right side you can select color or black/grayscale. Then click OK and continue to print the document. If using the copy function of the printer, select the copy function. On the next screen you can choose between black and white or color.
