cryinchuck, Oh boy, where to begin...this is a golf launch monitor/simulator device. Like Trackman or Foresight Xi or GC Quad/GC2 - you place it ahead of your ball (after calibration of course) and after hitting your shot, it will display all the data points either on your phone, tablet, TV, monitor...or all the above if that's how you want it setup. I would advise you to read the instruction manual PDF. I have one of these, and they are just as accurate as a $25,000 Trackman, without the need to mark up your clubs with stickers or use special balls. The driving range feature is free, if you wanna play courses then you need to pay for the sub. This is the best purchase I've made for my golf game and highly recommend as they used to be $5,000 MSRP when they first came out.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yeah, I was kind of wondering what else needed, etc. The description is pretty much a copy/paste off the manufacture's site, so guess there is some assuming you know what it is you're getting into even with the vendor. But, to give you a hint as to other pieces probably needed, here's their full simulator hookups which that piece is a component of. Cool toy, but just a component of the solution you'll need. Would hit the vendor up directly, didn't see any docs online with them for product setup (just some video setup tips and such). https://www.ernestsports.com/indoor-golf-simulation/
