• A:Answer It is completely legal in all states except 2. You can google which states it is illegal in. I live in Illinois and it is 100% legal here. But I would suggest you take it off from your windshield or where ever it's mounted when/if you still get pulled over. Cops don't like seeing it (they can't ticket you for it though).
