It does not give the frame rate of it, but most security cameras only record at 15fps. Live stream is the same as what the camera is recording at. There is a bandwidth indicator showing what the speed is, typically on mine is 107 kb/s. This is not pristine footage like you would get from a full HD stream on Netfilx or even off of your phone. The image censor is actually not full hd (1920x1080). Downloading a video capture and checking the details/info says it 2304x1296.
