• No it will not plug into a tv no matter what app used.

• Your must use the Eufy app to view live video or the video recordings stored on the Homebase. However, the app supports downloading the video recordings to your phone, and those you can copy to your laptop or desktop. If your TV recognizes a drive from which it can play videos, then you can copy the recordings there.
