When the battery is getting low, the app will send a text message to the number provided or to your email address telling you the location name and what percentage of battery life is left The batteries charge quickly couple of hours and after fully charged I get two weeks of use depending on how sensitive you set the notification and how often it detects movement. You can set the specific items that you want the camera to detect and those are the items that will continue to be recorded or you can set it to any movement and that will keep the camera on till the movements are no longer present.

There is a small icon for battery status in the Eufy Security App. You can find it via the following steps: Slide the left menu>Go to my devices>Select associated camera>See the battery icon below the camera name. The camera’s LED indicator will be flashing when the battery gets low. At the current stage, a fully charged camera can last for almost one year in the most common usage scenarios.
