• Yes. Due to the camera to base encryption. The base that comes with the 2 camera kits will control up to 16 cameras (I believe)

• Yes. Video and control goes directly to the home base. Cameras will not work without it (outdoor Eufy Cam E,C,1,2, etc)

• Homebase comes in package (doorbells and/or camera packages) Only one homebase needed for up to 16 cameras/sensors except floodlight camera which uses SD card. Floodlight cam is viewed through app.
