If possible, please try the following steps to see if the issue persists: - Please make sure the power supply is good. If it is not, if possible, please try to use another power supply to see whether the problem still persists. Or please try to charge the camera by connecting it to the USB port on the back of HomeBase. The eufycam camera’s LED will be solid red when the battery is being charged, and the app will show charging status. The eufyCam 2C and eufyCam 2’s LED will be solid blue when the battery is being charged, and the app camera settings menu will show battery percent. - Please use another cable to charge the camera. - Please change a socket to see whether it helps. - Try to reset the camera by pressing the sync button for 10 seconds(please download important videos first) and re-add it to the app. So sorry to say the battery cannot be replaced.
