• I do not know if it is possible to replace batter ( DIY) because the camera is factory sealed and is no access to the battery there.

• They don’t have an option to. Plus think about it. How many people will keep the same surveillance cameras especially wireless for more than a year maybe two. Something always coming out better. You get a certain amount of cycles from the battery. Still worth it. Wireless and easy to charge and easy to use
