Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.You can use a longer USB cord. Search on amazon for Micro USB cable and the length you need. I would not really recommend a standard 120v extension cord with the USB adapter in the middle

There's a 110volt electrical plug in end of the power cord that comes with camera......plug the included power cord into camera, unroll the included 20ish foot power cord then plug the end into your extension cord. I plugged mine into a 100+ foot extension cord to make it to my power source. Works well. Hope this helps
