Same issue here. When I edit my home and manually unlock the doorTHATS where the lock does not detect that it has been manually unlocked. Mechanically, the deadbolt is unlocked. But the unlock has not registered to the technology. Even the app indicates that the door is locked, however it is unlocked fully. Without realizing, I would return home and my door wasn’t locked, all because when I manually unlocked the door, it did not register to the “brains” of the lock that it was now unlocked, causing it to never initiate the auto locking mechanism, since it believes it is still locked. If this sounds like your issue try the manual unlock with a little more force behind it and it should register.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I'm sorry to hear that the auto-lock function on your eufy Smart Lock is not working as expected. Let's try a few steps to troubleshoot this issue: 1. Please ensure that the auto-lock feature is enabled in the app. You can check this by going to the app, selecting 'lock settings', and then 'auto-lock'. If it's already enabled, try disabling it and then re-enabling it. 2. If the auto-lock setting appears correct, try recalibrating the smart lock with the door closed. Make sure the key cover is closed before you start the calibration process through the app. 3. After recalibration, set the auto-lock timer to a different time (for example, 1 minute) and then set it back to your desired time (such as immediately after the door is closed). If the auto-lock feature is still not functioning properly after these steps, please contact eufy customer support.
