QuestionDo you connect the Dual video doorbell to the WI-FI?

- Answer This particular model requires you to connect the Dual Cam Doorbell to the Eufy Homebase2 that comes with the package. The Homebase2 needs to be connected to your local network via an ethernet cable. It does not have an option to connect to Wifi unlike the Eufy Homebase3.

- Answer Yes you can. I don't have any cloud subscription and I am able to save the video to phone gallery.

QuestionDoes the door bell mount allow it to be pivoted left/right & up/down to aim at front walkway properly? My situation would required it to be angled up to about 45 degrees to the right.

- Answer Yes and no. It comes with a 30 degree back plate that can be mounted left or right to get a better view. We used it on crown molding just to get it facing straight ahead. Hope that helps!

- Answer For this version of it, it is only the 16GB that is built into the homebase. I believe the newer version of the HomeBase allows expandable storage

- Answer The 2K Dual Cam Video Doorbell comes with a built-in battery that has a capacity of 6500mAh and is non-replaceable. The doorbell does not use external battery packs like the 340 battery pack. Thus, the 340 battery pack cannot be used with the eufy Security 2K Dual Cam Video Doorbell.

- Answer You can run it wired to your existing doorbell or use the rechargeable battery option. The home base is included if you’re ordering the package that says it has it. You can add additional T8213 doorbell cameras to the same home base and those are sold separately here as well.
