A:Answer Simply speaking - no. The manufacturer of Eve devices has said they will never interact with Alexa so long as a cloud service connection to the internet is required. Personally speaking this is why I have Eve devices. They can/do connect through Apple HomeKit, but if you choose to make them local, you can. Since I have no trust for Google or Amazon security (too many "accidental" breaches of privacy with the listening devices), I have personally chosen Eve devices for my use. Keep in mind that you might see an "Eve" device sold by Amazon that works with Alexa...that device is not from this manufacturer. (I am even surprised that they are able to basically steal the product line name which can be very confusing.) Hope this helps.
