Check to see what inputs your monitor has and nab a cable that matches both one of the ports on the monitor and one of the ports on the card.
The three types of cable supported by the card are DVI (the white port), VGA (blue), and SVideo (black). The most common for computer monitors and PC compatible PC screens are DVI and VGA. Hope this helps!
