• A:Answer The card should work, seeing as the hp p71147c has the 1 PCI-e x16 slot, and a 300w power supply is the minimum for that card, i'm also using a 300w psu and i have this card working now.

• A:Answer It ca run a maximum of 200,000 4k monitors at max settings. I tried it and it worked well at 200 fps.
