A:Answer There is no way to tell. Usually they restock within 2-3 days, but people online and scalpers will use bots to buy the card before you can even click "Add to Cart".
Although Best Buy is upping their protection against buy bots, there are stock bots who check if a card is in stock, the guy with that bot will be able to get to the link before you 99% of the time.
As far as NVIDIA goes, they estimate the stock will normalize by February, I've heard this from multiple sources but take it with a grain of salt.
