Well, I had the same exact question and I googled it: "From what I've seen in the past, the "KB" SKUs are the Best Buy specific models that are different in model name only to prevent price matching with other retailers". Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.My guess is that the B and R is for the accent color of the card. This card also comes with a red accent on the backplate and the end of the card and from the pictures, it looks like the accent color for this card is black instead of red.
