• A:Answer Not much different. They are just different brands that put their own little touches on the base card. One could have better cooling/fans & higher/lower clock speeds straight out the box.

• A:Answer This is a after market card from EVGA it’s has a higher clock speed and better fans and more. It’s basically a upgraded version of the normal one. That’s way it cost more. 1400 is the MSRP that’s all they sell at Best Buy

• A:Answer Yes, it is backwards compatible, but you will take a minimal hit in framerate or frames per second. I saw some articles on the web saying 1 to several frames which is negligible with a card this powerful, in other words you would never actually see a difference in real world use.
