This model of the card is the LHR version. LHR means Lite Hash Rate and effects the cards ability to mine cryptocurrency. LHR model cards will not mine as fast as non-LHR cards. However, this does not effect gaming, so if your only looking to game, you wont see a difference.
As for the price, this model was the same price until today's (11/11/2021) online drop. I suspect they will raise the price of the other model as soon as they get more stock for it as it is in more demand because both miners and gamers will go for it.
