• A:Answer Yes and in order to receive calls your phone have to be connected online at all time. Its not a stand alone device. I bought 2 thinking it will work without another device but boy i was wrong

• A:Answer No the portal cannot place FaceTime calls since FaceTime is limited only to Apple devices. The portal can make video calls via messenger and zoom for example, however, FaceTime, iMessage, and other Apple services are not available.

• A:Answer He could, but you need WiFi to use it. If the hospital has WiFi that he can connect to then yes it will work. Or have him connect to his mobile hotspot. Just not sure if the old flip phones have that capability. He also needs to have Facebook messenger or the WhatsApp.
