A:AnswerIf you bought it digitally, check your digital library on Best Buy account for redeemable code. Also, check emails to see if they sent you a code to redeem. But otherwise, if you pre-ordered they should ship it to your house. Talk to customer service, they can probably answer better.

A:AnswerYes it is, when you load the game up in Xbox series x or series S it will download a patch that can be played dec 4th with upgraded visuals, in the mean time it plays the xbox one version of the game- all games are compatible except a few Kinect games.
