“What is return policy on open games. I know you can return it in two weeks (15 days) but what if I don't like it and return open game because there was not demo version released for this game. I know Best Buy is very strict in returning open games.”

No refund - You'll have to trade the game to get anything back for it. You'll only option is play dumb and say you bought it for a friend or family member and thought they had a PS5 but really they have an Xbox or PS4 - they might let you return it and/or let you swap for a version that goes with the system you said you purchased it for. Then just take that and go to a different Bestbuy and return it unopened and you can get full price back. Only work around I know of hearing people do. Or sign up for EA Play - sign up for the 1-year sub that is like $30 and you get early access to all new games and 10 -hours free to play the full version of the game and if you like it, then you can purchase it and keep all of the progression you have made. Then as the game gets older, they drop it on there thing for you to play for free as long as you have the Sub still active. You get access to a lot of their games for free, most are a little older but some are pretty good (Jedi Fallen Order is on there). Probably the best $30 I have spent on EA in 6-8 years.
