“My order has the game "available for pickup" and the steelbook as "reserving item". What does this mean? Thanks.”

• More than likely the Best Buy staff horded all the steelbooks for themselves. When I picked up my game, I was told there was no more and that was within 15 minutes of receiving the notification that it was ready for pickup.
