QuestionIs Best Buy providing codes for pre-order incentive in-game items? If you pre-order through an "authorized retailer," you're supposed to receive a code for in-game items NOW prior to the game's release in November and I never received anything.

- Answer You will not get "preorder bonus code" immediately from best buy after purchase. Do NOT buy from best buy, the so call digital download team has no clue what they are doing and they don't care. Best Buy really need to hire someone know preorder or at least READ for what they are selling. Not someone claimed they were game tester since 14 years old but no clue what is preorder on a subscription based game. Buy directly from square enix (official game site), or Game Stop or steam, you will get the code in less than 10 mins.

- Answer Not even in Steam. The instructions say to redeem it in steam and I try to do that but that's where I saw that my code is invalid. Customer service told me to redeem it in MOG station and I get the same issue. I am wating for a response by them.
