• A:Answer Deluxe edition will include: base game, Cloth world map of Valisthea, the special Clive Rosfield steelbook case and the Bonus digital content which includes: Gil Boost Accessory: Cait Sith Charm - Bonus Weapon: Braveheart. I can confirm this as I already preordered it and all items are in my list order. It will also include the steelbook case "best buy esclusive".

Q: QuestionI saw that this was for pre-order two days before the release and when I went to buy it said Sold Out. Now it says Coming Soon. Does this mean that it will be restocked at some point? I got a giftcard just for this and cannot use or return it

• A:Answer The absolute geniuses at Best buy saw that both you and I pre-ordered the game but did not purchase enough units to fulfill our pre-order at their store so now we are just stuck waiting however long it takes for more shipments to get manufactured and delivered to the location with no refunds allowed. It is absolutely unbelievable that these huge companies are allowed to screw over their customers and have zero repercussions.

• A:Answer It used to be both editions, then just the deluxe. Was a struggle for me to get mine as I had to argue with 3 managers who all gave conflicting information about how I could possibly prove that I was supposed to get mine. They eventually just gave me one.

• A:Answer This morning BB support said the Deluxe Editions were being inventoried, whatever that means. Yesterday, they didn’t even have copies of the regular version at any store here, around KC. Now they are everywhere, so hopefully that means the Deluxe versions are next.

Q: QuestionDoes the Deluxe edition still include the additional steelbook? Went to pre-order and see it only populates on the regular FF16 edition, not deluxe. Deluxe cart just shows the preorder bonus.

• A:Answer I preordered it a month or so ago and I have three line items on my order, the physical game itself, the steelbook and the preorder bonus content. Each one has a shipping/pickup status listed. If the system isn't automatically adding them to the order, they may be out. You could still have luck with an in game pickup if you are early enough in the day. Just point out that it is meant to be included with the deluxe option and see if you can get one. In my experience with BB and steel books, they just have a large stack of them that the pull from, not necessarily an item that they pull aside and sticker with your name for each order the way they do the games.
