Yes. The scale can tell the difference between multiple users. You do not have to be wearing your Fitbit when using the scale. It knows who you are by comparing the current readings against the last readings of known users. It may have problems if two users have very similar weight and body fat measurements.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. We have 3 family members, one flex and two Charge HR fitbits working with the same scale. The scale can distinguish between users, it provides individual nick names, accounts and privacy.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes - the scale can differentiate between users, so long as you register both of you when you set up the scale. It goes by the weight you have associated with your FitBit account. My Fiance is 200 lbs and I am only 120 lbs, so it knows which person stepping on the scale based on who is close to those weights. However, with this being said, I wouldn't recommend purchasing the scale. I don't think it's worth the money. I have found it to give unreliable and inconsistent weight and BMI readings.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. This scale identifies the user by name or initials, so it is ideal for multiple users.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. So far, the scale has been very accurate at guessing who is who, even though I share it with someone who weighs within 5 lbs of me. The only problem you might encounter is if you register a new user and then weigh that person immediately after, it will say guest until it has time to reboot with the new user info.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes. You just setup the users and then the scale scrolls through the names, you just tap on it to scroll forward if the first user is not you. You can also chose to keep the reading private to the user or share them.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes! My wife and I both have fit bit bracelets and it works great for both.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes and no... but most of the time yes. My wife and I share one fitbit scale. Adding another account/user to the scale simply requires you to go to fitbit.com and adding email addresses to the scale. There's instructions on how to do this included in the box. The scale has always recognized me with no problem. But for some reason, when my wife uses the scale, it displays her as "Guest", about one out of five times, rather than her account (initials). I would recommend buying the scale from BestBuy and keeping the receipt. If you dont like it, they have a pretty good return policy... I think 14 days. You may want to check with your local store.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes, the Arias know when different users step on the scale and will only send your information to your profile or app
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. The scale makes an educated guess about who's on the scale. It does this by noticing the trends in your weight and the relative difference between people's weights.
