• There is no upgrade plan per se but if you bought the extended warranty and something were to go wrong with your fitbit, Best buy would exchange your fitbit for what they have in the store. If it happens to be that they are no longer stocking the HR, then they will give you the Charge 2. In other words, get the warranty.

• Only when you buy the warranty from Best Buy when you purchased your first Fitbit. Then, you could exchange your Fitbit when you want.
