I've owned a few fitbits and each one has had its issues. Last 2 did something similar then completely stopped showing any display. Don't expect to get any good customer support from fitbit either.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Same here! I searched Fitbit Community online and found recommendation on how to reset. Now Fitbit vibrates and syncs but screen is all black. I gave up and purchase another (after only 7 months) but try here for some answers: https://community.fitbit.com/
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I have seen similar things. Try a restart of the device. If that does not work then try a reset: 1.Connect the device to the charging cable. 2.While the device is plugged into the charging cable, press and hold the button down for 15 seconds. 3.The device turns on and shows a battery icon. Two vibrations occur: first a short vibration, then a medium vibration. 4.The device turns off. 5.The device turns on and shows a progress bar and short vibrations occur. The progress bar completes. Note: A total of 7 short vibrations occur. 6.Remove the device from the charging cable. The device shuts down. Important: Plug the device into the charging cable again. If that doesn't work, send a message to FitBit and they will go over the options. It might be a warranty replacement depending on factors.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. Not sure about that one but Fitbit does have an excellent customer service department and often times will replace defective products within warranty.
