The Charge HR will display your heart rate and the zone. Depending on how you set up your display (mine is set to show heart rate last) will determine where you see it in the rotation. The display does not stay on constantly for anything. You have to tap the top to get what you've set to be your face display (mine is clock), or press the side button to scroll through to see each item.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. It continuously tracks your heart rate, but you do have to push a button on the side that scrolls through & gives you the time, your step count, your heart rate, how many miles you've gone etc. So it's always being recorded just not up on the display.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. It displays the actual heart rate. Seems accurate to me and I can see it in the dark by pushing a button 3 times. Nice bright display.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. It will display your current heart rate, and then you can look at the app to see what your heart rate is been and in what zone it has been in.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. The charge hr shows your heart rate in real time when you pull it up on the display. Ranges are shown within the app to show how much time you spend in each zone, but the device tracks the actual number. If cross referenced it with the tracker on some of our gym equipment and it is always within 2 bpm.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. The Fitbit Charge HR display shows your actual heart rate for a few seconds. You can track your heart rate history in the fitbit app through your smartphone.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. It does continuously track your HR. I haven't tested to see how accurate though.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. It actually displays your heart rate and you can track it historically in the app and export it to a spreadsheet.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. This device measures the actual heart rate.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. It displays your 'actual' heart rate. You do have to click through a few other items ... Time, steps, distance, etc. Unless, of course, you can choose what is displayed on the band? I haven't gotten that far yet!
