It's like a belt. It can be tightened and loosened. If your exercising it should be three finger tips away from the wrist bone for a good reading. To track heart rate, it should lay flat, a finger tip width above your wrist bone.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. You don't want it to be snug. Here are the instructions, "Make sure your band isn’t too tight. Wear the band loosely enough that it can move back and forth on your wrist."
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. The directions say to wear it slightly loose and about 1-2 fingers width up from your wrist. Both my wife and I wear them about 1 notch more loose than we would a traditional watch. It seems to track everything just fine wearing it per their directions. If we put it on any more tightly, the rubber feel frankly doesn't feel all that good, so it serves as a bit of a deterrent from wearing it snugly.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I have the Fitbit charge HR and I wear mine pretty snug in order to get accurate heart rate reading. BUT obviously not too snug to wear it's cutting off circulation.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. It uses a laser to sense your pulse and activities but for best results it needs to not be lose. My sister has hers so it's tight enough not to slide up and down but lose enough so she doesn't have any marks and can rotate it.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. It has an adjustable band so you can make it tigger of loose if needed. It should be snug when using the heart rate monitoring
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. It's very adjustable. I have a tiny wrist too- it works fine.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. The band is adjustable. I like to wear the Fitbit fairly loose, which the instructions recommend. The instructions recommend wearing it slightly tighter or sliding it up the arm a bit to get the most accurate heart rate.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. No, according to Fitbit, you want to wear it loose in order to get a more accurate HR reading.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Mine is so loose it has fallen off two times during the night. I squeeze it on as tight as I can before going to sleep.
