• So you may get a trade in value for your first Fitbit, but that would require you paying the difference from that to the charge HR. Hope this helps a bit

• Yes, I did. My daughter bought me the charge for Christmas and I changed it in for the HR.

• Best Buy does have a trade-in program for most products. Keep in mind it isn't for an amount the same as when it was bought initially. You can get a gift card for your old Fitbit and use it immediately on the price of the Fitbit HR. Hope this helps!

• I and not sure if you came trade the Chage in for an upgrade. But I returned my Charge and purchased the HR within the return date.

• I didn't have the old one so I can't say. I did have a Garmin Viofit and the HR is far superior.
