Follow the arrow and insert it into the charger. It charges very quickly. I usually charge it when I am going into the shower.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Several possible problems, in order of likelihood: 1. You may be trying to insert the device in the charger cord backwards. If it doesn't "click" in really easily, it is not right. 2. The contacts on the device and/or in the charger cord may need cleaning. Use a clean pencil eraser, a piece of ultra-fine sandpaper or steel wool, or a commercial chemical electronics cleaner. 3. The tiny contacts inside the USB plug on the charger cord may be loose, dirty, or defective. This cannot be repaired - you would need to replace the charger cord (readily available, cheap replacements online). 4. A cracked charger cradle might also prevent making good contact. 5. Far less likely, but possible, the Fitbit device or your charger module (wall plug) or USB charging port may be defective.
