- Answer www.Fitbit.com/devices doesn't show the Mate 9 or even the Mate 8 as supported. It might work, but if you have problems Fitbit won't support the device and will tell you there isn't anything they can do. That's what happened to me with my Pixel XL when I first got it and then also later with my Galaxy S9+.

Questionis there a panic button or an alert button that can be activated in danger situations? Is there a notification feature that sends an alert to a specified person when vitals are at a dangerous level?

- Answer 1.) You can check by attempting to do an order online, for store pickup. 2.) If Hawthorne doesn't have it in stock they can certainly order it for you in store, if you prefer (while supplies last). 2.) Otherwise currently (when I wrote this comment), it shows available for free shipping to home, so you wouldn't need to even go to the store. I'd recommend ordering it while it's available. Or you can call 1-888-BEST BUY (237-8289), if you prefer to talk to someone about doing an order. Hope that helps. Cheers!

QuestionI bought a fitbit charge 2 and had to return it because it wouldn't sync to my very old nokia lumia cell phone or my fairly new laptop. Does the Iconic Smartwatch work on it's own or is it necessary to sync it to another device?

- Answer You have to sync it to a device and it does a terrible job. It will eventually sync sometime during the day but spotty.

- Answer You are limited to only the apps that Fitbit provides from within the Fitbit app on iPhone or Android. Amazon music is not one of them. Just got off the phone with their customer service and they refuse to honor their warranty on the device. Battery is failing on a device that is less than 6 months old.

- Answer Unfortunately, Best Buy doesn't ship directly to New Zealand. Do you happen to know someone in the United States that could pick it up in a store or have it sent to them? - Answer I personally have 2 devices syncing with the Fitbit app....shouldn't be an issue to set them both up within the app...they function the same as if it were a single device in the app.
