Many Apologies for the late reply to your question. To answer your question, based on what I've been able to find, Fitbit has a 1 year Manufacturer Warranty for all new Fitbit devices. Since there is a little bit of time left before the 1 year warranty expires, I would recommend that you call Fitbit and talk to them, let them know what's going on with your Fitbit device, they will be able to help you in terms of getting it to work, or send you a new device.
