Does it count swimming laps? null

Yes but you can’t see it while you’re swimming (unlike the original Versa), it only shows time elapsed. You have to end the exercise and synch with the FitBit app to see your calories burned and laps. Not sure why no one mentioned this but I was upset to find this out after I bought it.
