QuestionWhy can't I buy this online or in storeThis isn't available for purchase online and when I see if I can buy it at a local store it tells me that the product isn't available within 250 miles of me? Does BB plan on selling this item every again? Is this out of stock and if so, when will it be back in stock?

- Answer I found this available both online and in store as of 3 days ago. In fact, online pricing was better. So go to your local store with the BB.com site pulled up and get the price match. Probably was a temporary shortage due to start of the year and New Year's Resolutions swamping the fitness market.

QuestionDongleCan a fitbit dongle be used for a different fitbit? my friend has a fitbit that she is trying to sync to her phone but doesn't have her dongle. Can she use mine?

- Answer I would say yes, because I ordered a 2nd dondle to use on my laptop at work. Now I can sync my FitBit both at home and work.

QuestionIf Fitbit Flex will already sync via bluetooth, then why would you need the wireless sync dongle?Im assuming to sync to a PC, for someone without a compatible iOS or Android device? If so, will it not sync to a Mac or PCs with existing bluetooth capability?
