The Fitbit Zip doesn't require you to reset the step count. At midnight I resets to 0 steps, and yet even if you forgot to synchronize it all day, and wait until the next day, your info is still on there. There actually aren't any buttons on this model so nothing to press by accident.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. This records steps/movement for 24 hours automatically. I have not found any way to reset even if I wanted to.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. No it resets itself at midnight
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. You sync it with most smartphones or computer and it will automatically reset itself everynight at midnight...
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. The Fitbit resets overnight. I am not aware of a reset button.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. There is no specific button on the actual fitbit (that you attach to your waistband) that you will accidentally reset your daily steps. You upload an app to your smart phone and follow the instructions to sync (with Bluetooth) your fitbit. Then every so often you can "sync" your steps throughout the day for your steps to be saved. One time it was close to midnight and I forgot to sync at end of the day but I saw that it already recalculated and entered the total steps for that day and for example showed the 20 steps I had reached at 12:03am for the next day (if that makes sense) :-). Basically I just sync when I get into bed for the evening and then all is fine. Have had the fitbit since Sept 2015 and love it.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. It resets itself at 12 midnight.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. It resets itself each day. Seems to "go to sleep" when you take it off. You track your totals via the Bluetooth linkage to your computer.
