Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Fix me stick may work on something but it didn't do crap for me. I tried it on two windows laptops . One it wouldn't even load on. The second it eventually said no problems to fix. I got the impression that it would go straight to work when inserted. It doesn't. It loads or tried to then 8t needs an internet connection to update. At which point. If you have a virus or malware the stick is useless garbage to do anything. Most malware today if you are noticing a problem is already in your boot files. And for the price of a fix me stick, that won't likely help you. You are already half way to the purchase of a new Chromebook. If you had the device hooked up to wifi or Bluetooth. You may want to have someone look into all your devices. If your issue 8s chrome hardware related suggestion would be replace instead of repair. Especially if it is more than 2 years old. Hope that helps . I am not an expert . Just someone who has purchased 10's of thousands of $ worth of hardware over the years and seen most every hardware failure possible and scene and studied how terribly awful today's malware versions are.
