Hello, Thank you for your question. I can confirm that our Floortex Polycarbonate Ultimat has a 40 year warranty policy. This warranty policy is void under certain conditions, including but not limited to: use of metal casters; placement of furniture or other stationary objects on the chair mat and cutting or altering the mat in any way.
