- Answer If you buy one of them, it'll just go to one of your kids, But if you have like 3 kids and you buy three of them, All of them will go to the person who bought it like this: One kid buys it = The other kids dont get it Two kids buys it = Both kids have it but on different accounts. All three buys it = All 3 gets it on their accounts

- Answer In this scenario I'd contact Epic support (Fortnite developer). They should be able to resolve the situation. Otherwise it would be your word against Best Buy trying to exchange it in store.

- Answer Re enter your cool after completely exiting out of the playstation store... Then re enter the Redeem code.... Wait for it to load up then press "Redeem"... Then download the add on... If you forget to redeem the item after putting in the code... it will not add on to your console
