No nudity, no violence and yes you are free to roam around anywhere you want.

I don't think there is any bad word either or very few I think and yes you can just drive around and explore. You don't have to do missions you could just stop doing missions and drive around and look at the scenery and find new roads etc. I haven't really played that much, I just bought the game myself recently and it been a while since I did play it but you can just drive around. Hope this helps.
