• A:Answer They are not, Best Buy holds onto the codes and won't share until sometime after the launch. it's the disappointing part of ordering pre-orders from Best Buy. they give you the $10 gift card, but you don't get it on launch day in time to pre-load the game and play at release time.

Q: QuestionIf I buy this can it be played on both my computer and xbox series x or is it an "either/or" type of thing? As in, you can only download it on one system? If you can play on both, does your progress follow you or is it completely separate progression?

A pre-order exclusive vehicle is not being offered, however Best Buy is currently offering a $10 gift card with purchase.

• A:Answer They were supposed to email codes, but never did. Customer service did not care to resolve this either, so I canceled and bought it through Microsoft and instantly was available to download. I'd suggest staying away from Best Buy for pre-orders.
