Q: QuestionWe would like to"cut the cable". I would need advice on what to install and instructions on how to stream if we choose a streaming device. Does Best Buy come to the home and set this up for us (3 TV's...one smart and 2 that are not) and educate us ?

Unless you get a Geek Squad warranty with the item, you will most likely have to buy the item and take it your house yourself or have it mailed. Once you have the item, you will be charged $99 for having them come to your home.
