YouTube go directly to your account and cancel under paid subscription it will stiil be active but your account will no longer be connected or charged

Tap your profile picture > Paid memberships. Tap on the membership you want to cancel. Tap Continue to cancel. Select your reason for canceling and tap Next. Tap Yes, cancel.
