QuestionCan this be used under a cabinet? (built in) I did see a previous question saying no but on the wine cooler version of this model they say as long as it has some clearance for ventilation it should be ok. can anybody help?

- Answer I bought this for an under counter location in a house I'm building. The model show home had it installed in the "butlers pantry" under the granite counter top where nirnally a cabinet would be. The builder said they have done numerous builds like that and have had no issues with any.

QuestionCan this refrigerator go in a 3 season porch? It would be protected from weather but not from summer or winter outdoor temperatures.

QuestionJust wondering if the temperature control is one that can actually be set manually. The cooler I have now doesn't get cold enough (45 degrees) and will automatically adjust up, ugh. I want to also store food along with drinks. Will it hold at 37*?

- Answer Hey GiGi! The LED temperature display does stay on as long as the unit has power. Yes, you can turn the interior light off so that it does not turn on when the door is opened. -Kiara

- Answer Hi, Gene! This Beverage Center does have a Lock with Pop-Out Key. The key automatically ejects after locking the door so you won't leave it in the door. The lock is located at the bottom of the door. ~ Christy

If you choose to install under a counter, the minimum clearances of 3" on the back, sides and above are required for adequate circulation. QuestionWe purchased two of these in the summer of 2020. From the beginning, both have big chunks of ice on the back wall and only get to 43 degrees. What am I doing wrong? They are inside below a counter but there is clearance for air. Thanks

- Answer Ours works perfectly so far (6 weeks) and under the counter with sufficient air flow. As with most items made in China, quality control is lacking. Sometimes good, sometimes bad. Sorry to hear your problem.

QuestionI had my unit set at 32 and 35..and it freeze in the back wall ..solid ice...what cause this to happen?. All the cans got frozen and stuck in the back of unit until it was defrosted _thawed..please help..whata huge mess..we were on vacation .

- Answer I had the same issue after first installing mine - on 2 doesn't units in 2 different locations - no less. I turned mine up to 39 degrees, though I went to one of the fridges today and found that a can of soda had froze and blown up. I've now turned it up to 40 degrees . . . we'll see if that works!? I think the fridges run much colder than the displayed temperature, particularly towards the back of the unit on the inside.

- Answer 33 or 34 degrees. I found though that when you put it that low, the cans - particularly those in the back - freeze up (and explode!). I now have mine set at 39 degrees and haven't had any freezing issues since!
