Sounds like a defective timer switch.Vibrations from the running machine are causing the timer to turn itself on and off randomly.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Hello Frigidaire Friend! I would first check your power cord. Make sure your air conditioner is turned off, press the TEST button, you will notice a click as the button pops out. Then press the RESET button. Again, you will notice a click as the button engages; now turn your air conditioner on. If the plug does not reset the cord may be damaged. I would recommend checking your air filter. A dirty filter can restrict air flow. Clean or replace your filter if needed. Also, check if there is anything blocking the front of your air conditioner such as drapes, blinds, and furniture. Another suggestion would be to check the condenser coils on the outside of your air conditioner. Make sure the condenser coil is clean and not restricted by bushes, trees, debris or winter covers. We hope this information is helpful. . If you have any further questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us directly or by resubmitting a question on this Q&A website. -Kind Regards-
