Q: QuestionI have an existing cabinet with an opening that's only 17.75" wide. Can this dishwasher be used without making the opening wider?

Q: QuestionWhen this this model is raised from the low 32.5" height to 35", is that done via the leveling legs, and if so, what masks the gap at the floor?

• A:Answer The metal trim that comes with the dishwasher will cover the gap. However, I found it still needed a piece of 3/4" trim above the unit. If possible, I'd recommend a 1 1/2" trim above and not crank the legs to their maximum.

Q: QuestionI have to buy a ADA dishwasher for our office which has not hot water supply and I was told to get a dishwasher with a heating element to heat it's own water. I can't tell whether the heat wash on this model uses a heating element.

Q: QuestionShould the dishwasher be flush with cabinets or should it stick out an inch or so? My countertop overhangs the cabinets by at least an inch.

Q: QuestionHow large pot/pan can be loaded? i.e: how large soup pot DIAMETER can be loaded on the bottom? Would you have to remove the silverware basket? Can the silverware basket be temporarily moved to the side if needed for a larger pot? What are rack widths?

The adjustable basket space will allow you to load items with a maximum height of 11 inches. The fold-down tines in the bottom basket make it easy to load those extra-large and hard-to-fit items. The tines may be left up for normal use or folded down for more flexible loading. Fold down for more space to load large pots or pans. We hope this helps.
