The direction in which your appliance doors open (door swing) can be reversed, from left to right or right to left, by moving the door hinges from one side to the other. QuestionDo the glass shelves scratch easy? I want to put acrylic freezer bins on top of the shelves to organize food, yet will I need to pick them up or can I just slide them out without harming the glass. Also, how deep are the shelves on the door?

- Answer Hi there, our valued customer! Door bin height is 3.67". To remove the door bin, push in on each side of the door bin to release it from the locking tabs. Lift up on the bin and pull it straight out. -Chris

QuestionBest Buy delivers but doesn't install. What is involved in the install?

- Answer Mine was unboxed and they took all the wrapping off and set it up in my garage. To answer your question it is preset to the right temp when delivered. I could have unboxed it and plugged it in myself. Hope this helps. I believe they are no longer setting up anything. Think this just started in September. Big mistake on their part.

If your appliance is placed with the door hinge side against a wall, you may have to allow additional space for the handle so the door can be opened wider.
