Q: QuestionSo I am comparing this fridge with the Mdl:FFTR2045VB SKU:6398468. I see the difference is depth is almost 2 full inches but the capacity for both is listed at 20 Cu. Ft. Is this a difference in the doors or the inside? The photos look the same.

Q: QuestionWhat is the refrigerator capacity? If the unit's overall capacity is 20 cubic feet, the refrigerator cannot itself be 20 cubic feet as listed due to the freezer.

Q: QuestionMy new FFHT2045VW was delivered this morning. The freezer part is cold already. It’s been 4 hours. But the refrigerator part is only 50 ° and doesn’t seem to be getting colder. Every so often it makes a crackling sound.

This certainly not the kind of experience we want you to have, no worries, here's what we can do to fix the issue that you're having. This is some basic troubleshooting that we can do. First, we need to check if there is power before continuing with other steps. Make sure that the unit is plugged in and turned on and make sure that there is an indication lights with the unit. After that. Please make sure that the unit was operating at the suggested settings of 37 degrees for refrigerator and 0 degrees for the freezer. If that's not the temperature in your unit. Please know that. Factory suggested temperature settings for refrigerator is 37 degrees and freezer are 0 degrees, but refrigerator can operate between 33 degrees to 47 degrees and freezer can operate between -6 degrees to +6 degrees. Temperatures outside these ranges may have an effect on how the unit operates. You can check your manual and go to use and care guide for the model specific temp adjustment instructions. Also, please allow 24 hours to stabilize the temperature inside the unit. Q: QuestionCan this model be used in an unheated garage. During the winter time, the temp can drop below freezing. If this model is not compatible with garage use, can you please recommend a model that is? Thanks

Checking the Use&Care Guide, it states to not install the refrigerator where the temperature will drop below 45°F (7°C) or rise above 110°F (43°C) or the compressor will be unable to maintain proper temperatures. Q: QuestionCan you tell me the measurements between the shelf supports in both the freezer and refrigerator compartments? I need to know if the shelves can be adjusted to accommodate a 12 1/4" tall bottle. Thank you.

We appreciate your inquiry. Depth of 28 1/4" without doors: This usually covers the main body of the fridge but may not include anything sticking out from the back, like coils or wires. So, it could be a bit more. Fitting through a 28 1/2" door: If you remove the doors, the fridge should fit, but it’ll be tight.
